Cancellation Policy
KSBS Studios Class Policy 1. Enrollment & Registration • Students must complete the registration form and pay the required deposit to secure a spot. • Enrollment is confirmed only when payment has been received. 2. Tuition & Payments • Tuition fees are non-refundable once classes begin. • All balances must be paid in full before the final week of class. • Late payments may result in suspension of class participation. 3. Attendance & Punctuality • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. • More than two unexcused absences may result in dismissal without refund. • Students must arrive on time; lateness disrupts the class and learning process. 4. Classroom Conduct • Respect instructors, classmates, and school property at all times. • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. • Phones should be on silent during class sessions. 5. Kits & Supplies • Students are required to bring/use the included makeup kits and brushes unless otherwise stated. • All personal items must be clearly labeled; the school is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 6. Health & Safety • Students must maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workspaces. • Any student with a contagious illness or skin condition may be asked to refrain from working on models until cleared. • Allergies or sensitivities must be reported to instructors prior to class. 7. Certification • Certificates will only be awarded to students who successfully complete all coursework, assignments, and practical requirements. • Students must demonstrate both technical skills and professional conduct to receive certificate. 8. Refund & Withdrawal Policy • Deposits are non-refundable. • Withdrawals prior to the first class may be eligible for partial tuition refunds (excluding deposits). • No refunds will be issued after classes have commenced. 9. Media & Photography • The school may photograph or record classes for marketing and educational purposes. • Students consent to use of their images unless they opt out in writing. 10. Disciplinary Actions • Violations of school policies may result in warnings, suspension, or dismissal without refund.
